CHIROPRACTIC AND THE BACK
Backache
A large majority of people experience back pain every day: painful shots in the morning, after long sitting or standing positions, following an effort. The frequency of complaints is very high, especially those concerning the lower back - with or without pain radiated downwards in the legs.
Three important factors:
Treatment

All in all, people use medications to counter pain in the back. These, however, do not necessarily answer in the long term and therefore do not represent the only solution.
The chiropractic treatment takes into account the analgesic care and will look for the problem being at the origin of these pains. A large number of more or less serious pathologies being indeed likely to cause back pain, the role of the chiropractor in this case is to clarify the diagnosis in order to redirect the patient, if necessary, to other specialists.
Chiropractic treats back pain with a series of actions on the body:
Manipulative adjustments.
Reflexotherapy treatments (meridians, triggers).
Postural reeducation and walking.
Associated mechanotherapy (active or passive). Mechanotherapy refers to the use of specific machines to set up mechanized movements.
Some forms of physiotherapy
massages
Gymnastic rehabilitation
Rehabilitation of the diet and supplementation (food supplements). Indeed, if the first factor of back pain is immobility or lack of movement, the second is related to functional disorders of the digestive tract.
